BMW 3-Series - $500 Bonus Qualification

  • Associate must have achieved a minimum rank of senior executive
  • Associate must maintain five (5) active teams
  • Associate must have a minimum 35,000 TV and a minimum 50% CV (17,500) outside the largest team*

*EIRO Accelerators and Wealth Builders need to accumulate only 18,500 TV with 10,000 CV outside their largest leg. Income builders need to accumulate 25,000 TV with 15,000 CV outside their largest leg. Associates who enrolled at the Business Builder or Income Builder levels MAY NOT upgrade to a higher level to take advantage of lower car qualification requirements for a minimum of six months after enrollment. Associates may not upgrade to a higher level if they achieved more than 10,000 TV in any month since enrollment.

General Rules:

  1. Bonuses will be paid in arrears, as with all other commission, meaning that the bonus will be paid after qualifications are met.  For example, a senior executive who qualifies for a bonus in September will receive his/her first bonus with the monthly commission paid in November.
  2. To qualify for a bonus, an associate must have 50% of required volume outside their largest team.  For example, to qualify for a 5-series car bonus, an associate must have at least 50,000 TV with a minimum of 25,000 coming from outside the largest team and meet all other qualifications.
  3. An associate must have five (5) active teams to be eligible to earn a car bonus.
  4. To earn any car bonus, an associate must maintain the necessary rank in addition to meeting all other qualification criteria.  (For example, a vice president who fails to qualify at vice president will not earn a bonus for a BMW 7-series or Porsche Carrera/Boxster but may qualify for a lower bonus.) 
  5. Associates will not receive bonuses for cars for which they have not qualified (e.g. a senior executive will not receive a bonus if a 5-series is leased, etc.).
  6. Bonuses may be applied to more than one vehicle.  However, only one bonus will be paid per account and for the level of vehicle for which the associate is qualified.  Purchase or lease paperwork must be submitted for all vehicles. (Example: a BMW qualified executive director could lease/purchase two vehicles, but those vehicles must be either a 3-series or 5-series.)
  7. EIRO Research will not provide any payments directly to car dealers or leasing companies for or on behalf of EIRO associates.  Associates must independently meet credit requirements and provide any and all payments required, including any down payments.
  8. Associates must submit a completed and signed lease or purchase agreement to EIRO Research prior to the 25th of the following month before bonuses can be issued.  Bonuses will not be paid retroactively.  (For example, if an associate qualifies for a 5-series bonus in September and has not submitted paperwork from the lease or purchase by October 25th, the bonus will not be paid with November monthly commission, and the next opportunity for qualification will be in October, paid with December monthly commission.)
  9. To receive a car bonus, an approved EIRO Research window decal must be displayed on the vehicle. 
  10. If an associate purchases a used vehicle, it must be certified pre-owned and a model later than or including the model year 2006.
  11. The leased or purchased vehicle must be the exterior color black to qualify for bonus.
  12. If a lease is terminated or canceled, car bonuses will not be paid, regardless of qualification.
  13. Bonuses will be paid through the EIRO Research global cash card.
